Well made, sturdy, functional adjustable motion night light

This is my favorite Plug in Motion light. When dark, only the front light is on, but the rest of the light comes on when you walk in or by. This is exactly what I was looking for. There is also a button on the back to choose to have both lights on. The reason I gave I nicked it one star is because there is no way in a standard outlet that you can utilize the other outlet in the wall. Not even the slimmest of plugs will fit past this light. However, for me, this is not a problem where I have placed it and it not only saves me putting on an overhead light, but also eliminate hitting you with those bright overhead lights in the middle of the night when you really don't want high beams!

I have this night light placed by the stairs on an upper floor. It gently lights the approach to the stairs until I get near. Then it brightens to enable me to clearly see the stairs. As a senior, I appreciate the motion detector to brighten the light when I get near. It also has a photocell to turn off when the area is in other light, such as daytime. When no one has approached, the light is sufficiently low that it doesn't ingress substantially into my bedroom.
Only con is the position of the plug. To use the receptacle to which it's attached (such as for a vacuum cleaner), I need to remove the nightlight. PITA. I like the light enough that I continue to use it, and would buy it again, knowing this minor inconvenience.

I love having this night light in our main bathroom, especially when our young grandchildren are staying with us. The front nightlight that is always on helps them find the bathroom, and the motion sensor light makes just enough brightness to see we'll, but not too much to wake others. The front nightlight is brighter than I'd prefer, but overall it's an amazing little light.

I ordered one, loved it, ordered three more. They're perfect. Low glow through the night - not bright enough to disturb sleep (it gives a color-of-moonlight peaceful glow); and brightens up as soon as you walk close enough (into a room) but again not too bright to seem unnatural or disturbing, just enough to allow you to see your way around floors and counters. We love these things. If we had outlets along our staircases we'd plug them in there, too. They're great.

Love it, bout two, going to buy a few more. I like that you can choose to turn it on all the time or set to auto and let the heat/motion sensor find you and turn on as needed. These are great in dark halls, garages and bathrooms.
I put the first two in bathrooms but I'm ordering a few more for the garage, basement and stairway where the light switch is not always in the best places finding your way in the dark can be hazardous.
