I bought this to use at the gym as I have started lifting heavier. It has been such a great help. The bar doesn't dig into my shoulders when doing squats and my hips when doing hip thrusts. Can't beat the price either, I've had it for 2 months now and no problems.

So I bought this obviously because I don't like having heavy weight pushing the barbell into my neck and back. it is nice and soft and does a great job at being comfortable to use, My only issue is if you don't pay attention to the positioning of the Velcro opening it can open up on you. It's happened maybe twice but i just learned to fix it before I squat, Overall it's a great product and i totally recommend it if you can't afford the more expensive barbell pads.
