Practical Solution for Crowded Electric Outlets

These are a good solution for those locations, such a under a desk where computers and peripherals cause congestion problems. The cords can be plugged into sockets, surge protectors, etc. to allow complete use of the electrical outlets. Good stuff.
Fantastic for putting wall worts onto power strips.

These are designed to allow to use "wall wort" power supplies on a single power strip or socket. They're long enough to get things out of the way, but pretty well useless as true extension cords. Don't try to use them for anything more than a couple hundred watts.

This is an awesome solution when you have to fit items on a UPS and the manufacturer did't think ahead and made a giant brick with prongs. I have three areas in my home where large bricks were keeping me from adding items and I was thinking of getting ANOTHER expensive UPS and then I found these, They're great and they preserve the grounding. Although I wish these were 14gauge, they are perfect for my electronics attached to my UPS since it means they can all fit now being that there isn't a collection of different sized plugs. It also helps with organization, it's very easier to tag each cord, especially useful when using a UPS, because now I know which cord is battery powered given a power outage!
Solves your power strip crowding issues

Great Item !! So many electrical items now use those square transformers. If you use a power strip for plugging these in, they always seem to use not only the slot you use to plug them in, but also they block the adjacent slot. The spacing between slots on power strips is designed for standard plugs, not these square power transformers. These power adapters solve that problem!!! Can't recommend these more strongly. They will solve your problem!!
