Never knew about Cocoa Butter until I had to go low carb. The smell of these just takes over your senses. I am serious. I used to be a chocolate addict and these things could be addictive. I used them in a recipe to make peanut butter cups with sugar free chocolate on top. Oh my what a treat that was. These melted right into the peanut butter and helped set up nicely in the fridge. What is nice about these Cocoa Butter wafers is that you do not have to chop them up first. I weighed out what I needed and put in the pan. My next experiment is to try it in my butter coffee. Yum. Yes they are expensive. But getting healthy is priceless. Enjoy!

Received package on time. Was well packaged and the product was in perfect little rounds. Smells wonderful and tastes great. Have used in coffee, and made smoothing skin balm with it also. Melts and mixes well. The only problem I have had is that I have to hide to apply the balm because my dogs go crazy as soon as they smell it! They can't get enough!

This is so good! I actually ordered another entirely different item from the same company and they sent me a sample of these wafers and after trying one of the wafers in my morning coffee, I was totally blown away. In fact, I kept coming back to this page to read about this because the taste is so awesome that it made me wonder if there was anything else in these. Thankfully, no, there is not.
I have been trying to slowly wean myself off of using artificial sweeteners in my coffee for a few months and after trying this, I swear it doesn't make me miss any of the sweeteners. In fact, my new thing is using only 1/3 of a wafer in my coffee because the taste is so distinct. It's a smooth mouth-feel and truly feels indulgent even at 1/3 of a wafer. With coffee, it adds a layer of gorgeous background chocolate flavor and because of the fat content, it's very satisfying.

I put a pellet in the top of my jar of shea butter so that I get the benefit of both products. I love that it is organic, has antioxidants, is gluten free, and that it is fair trade.
