Just received it , seems great except the one I got seems to be poorly put together. There is an issue with the front legs not being level which makes it impossible to use the locking mechanism. Without the chair being properly secured and imbalanced I don't feel safe using this with clients. Will be returning this.

Love it. Set up & breakdown in minutes. Light weight. Comforitable. Has a nice case for transport & is easy to pack up but we leave it out because we use it frequently. Bought for home personal use. Have had ours 6 years. Used weekly by our professional masseuse in lieu of a table during cold season or pollen season (bought flannel head rest covers). Elderly parents can sit on it w/ease. They benefit the most from our purchase. They couldn't climb on top of a massage table. Ordered another one here for their home.

I bought chair as a gift for my wife. She is a message therapist and this chair was highly recommended. She has used this brand from other therapist and is the best as far as adjustability and comfort.
On a side note, I bought a carrying case but the company emailed me before shipping to verify if I wanted 2 carrying cases. Obviously I didn't and they adjusted the order and gave me a refund. Excellent work Massageproducts.
