Turn any container into an incubator

I hatch out chicken, turkey, duck, and goose eggs, and my biggest problem with home-made incubators is preventing the heat from spiking to fatal levels if the ambient temperature rises unexpectedly. With this device, I no longer have to worry about fatal temperature spikes. I can set it and forget it. Even if the power goes out, even if I unplug it for weeks, it remains set to the temperature I indicated, and it's ready to go as soon as I plug it back in.
I have used this to convert bread proofers, styrofoam coolers, even plastic pop bottles into makeshift incubators. You can literally transform just about any container into an incubator with this device.

I use it to inhibit a water well pump from turn on when temperature reaches below 32f. And will not release it until temperature get to 40f, to make sure no frozen pipe when the pump is running . It works very well in normal condition. However, if there is a power surge during WORK1 is activated and the temperature is between 32f and 40f. It looses the activated state.

I was *attempting* to use this to control my hedgehogs heating. I read over the manual (which doesn't explain much of anything) and even read the website. I set the temp to 80 thinking I had done it right. I came back to check the temp a while later and the probe kept changing temperatures. I wasn't convinced on anything so I used my temperature gun to check the temperate and it was 91 degrees. Luckily I caught it in time or else my hedgehog would have been cooked alive.
