Not too satisfied with this vest. It does def work to help you sweat. But the zipper on the side keeps rolling down and have to keep zipping up while working out. I will purchase another and try one with the zipper in the front.

too big on top and too small around waste. Wore it for several hours and nothing. It did get a little warm. I do not agree with the sizing. I normally where a large in women's and bought a Xlarge and this was still snug around the waste. Mind you I have an average sized tummy. Not happy as for the price this was I would not pay for this cheap Neoprene.
