Poor customer service from My Pillow

It's a nice pillow, but it goes flat after a month of use. I have had it 2 years now and because they have a 10 year guarantee that it won't go flat, I am trying to replace it. I have called customer service, however, for the past 2 weeks and you have to leave a message. I have left 2 messages and have yet to have anyone call me back. It may take the full 10 years to get it replaced, we'll see.

I bought this pillow drunk, obviously, nobody spends 80 dollars on a pillow sober. Anyways it's awful it feels like a cotton bag filled with cotton balls and it's stiff af. Dude in the commercial was like my pillows the bees knees but it's not even the bees elbows. He's like look here gives perfect support nah man my neck is at like a 90 degree angle laying flat on it. I'm not a picky dude I was in the military and I've used rocks that were better pillows than this thing. I'm really not a picky person this pillow just sucks man straight up being honest

Worst head and neck pain of my life

This is the worst pillow I have ever used. It has cut up pieces of foam inside so it is very lumpy and the foam parts like the Red Sea while I am sleeping. When I wake up all the foam is on the left and right with the worst head and neck pain of my life. It is also very hot. If you don't like having a hot pillow then this is not the pillow for you. All that foam just stores in the heat so one would want to flip the pillow over to get a cooler side. Well now you have to readjust all the pieces of foam to get comfortable again.
