I purchased a Large however, the sizing runs smaller. I had to unfortunately return the product and but one from a Body Spa which has a zipper and is much easier to fit into.

This is a terrible product. I should have paid attention to some of the other reviews.
1 - It does not do what it should do. It doesn't support the core in any way shape or form
2 - it is essentially a terribly made wetsuit
3 - it buckled around my core
4 - it ripped as soon as I started to exercise write in the crotch
