Great Experience.

Had a fine experience with this company. This filled the crack and had a few problems with it drying. Wrote them and got several suggestions. They even asked for photos to get a better idea of the problem. This finally worked and did the job. My wife added some touch up and if you didn't know the crack was there it would be hard to spot. They went above and beyond to help which is a rare thing these days.
AWESOME kit that I used to fix a chipped granite ...

AWESOME kit that I used to fix a chipped granite counter top! Super easy to understand instructions with pictorial guide and tips. The chip was on an edge so I fashioned a dam to block off one side then filled it in with the filler, then cured with UV light while using the clear top strip. I would say to use an additional minute or 2 on top of whatever recommendation they have in the instruction. The acrylic cured BEAUTIFULLY, and I greatly appreciated the included sanding and polishing sheets and compound. At the end of the repair job, the crack was SO WELL repaired that I had trouble telling where the spot was! This is on a light gold piece of granite with black accents throughout, so the clear acrylic easily took on the background color. I think the repair may be more visible on an all dark quarts counter, but for a granite this was PERFECT!
Works, do a thin layer at a time.

Product works, best advice I can give is to work in thin layers, product cures fast when done this way.
I had an edge with a few gauges from scissors, (kids), and used tape to build an edge. I filled one spot full and cure time was long. The second spot I did a bit at a time and it went much faster. A couple dots of filler is all you need.
Looks much better. Thank you for great product.

I absolutely LOVE this product! It worked incredibly well, see before and after pictures. It was really easy to follow the instructions.
I called Customer service as I had a question and Tim was so nice and helpful. Would highly recommend it to anyone looking to fix a chip on their countertop.

I was a little skeptical in purchasing this at first, but the results are flawless. Let me start by saying the two minute curing time is not going to be enough for most applications. The amount of curing time really comes down to the amount of material you are trying to cure. If the chip in your granite is fairly deep your curing time is going to increase. If it is very minor and shallow the curing time will be less. In my instance I had a few chips on the edge my counter top. The worst two were maybe a quarter of an inch wide and an eighth of an inch, or slightly deeper. The curing time in all instances was 5 minutes or less. One of the chips was slightly deeper then the rest and I used two applications to fill the chip. In all instances having the patience to allow the material to cure was key. Once dry I lightly sanded each area until flush with the counter and then wet sanded to polish the repair, and finally used the polish supplied in the kit to finish the repair. In every instance the repair is not visually noticeable, but also not noticeable by touch. I know where the repairs were made and I can't detect them.
Just have patience and follow the instructions. If you have a need don't hesitate to buy this product.
