Good fit. It has been in service now for about 30 days and I have no issues. It's been through the dishwasher and in the oven with no issues.
It came very well packaged and protected. All I had to do was attach the knob. The only maintenance you are likely to have to do is occasionally re-tighten the knob which is pretty much a standard thing on all lids using this design.
