This is a first rate piece of training gear. I have used a variety of "plastic bag" type sauna suits in my long training career, and this is durable, warm, and flexible. I use it in two different ways. I use the top only when running outside in the winter. It keeps me warm, and the wind does not penetrate the way it does with many fancy "running suits". I train a lot with kettlebells and wear the full suit for that. It is flexible and lets me get and keep a good sweat. I got a size Large and it fits me perfectly at 5'10" and 175 lbs. If you are a little heavier or broader, you might want to get one size larger than you would normally wear.

An excellent suit for the money. Quality item that seems to be made to last for some time. Suit looks sporty and attractive when worn. Definitely makes you sweat especially in outdoor warm humid conditions. I wear it to add intensity to my workouts and NOT for weight loss. It is said that a suit as such has detox advantages,...I'll take it. Hydration, meaning WATER, is very important prior to, during, and after wearing the suit. Has been suitable for my runs on mountain trails and outdoor cycling. No tears or rips at all after several uses. Material is just the right weight of rubberized nylon. Stripes are nylon also and sewn on for durability. Nylon on the outside is noisy so you will be heard with each move you make especially in aerobics class. That's just part of wearing such a suit. Neckline is a bit snug getting over the head but it can be accomplished with a little patients. Adjustable wrist closure are awesome at sealing in the heat. Waist elastic is good and tight also. Has room to move throughout, but it is sometimes advisable to order the next size up so that you are not restricted in movements in any way. When wearing mine outdoors when it is warm I wear it directly on the skin with only gym shorts underneath. The sweat just pours out of me. When finished with my workout I peel it off inside out and submerge in a wash basin with a dash of liquid laundry detergent. Lift up and down a few times and then use rinse water. Hang to drip dry. Would recommend to men and women to use as a means of adding intensity to your workouts.

Amazing suit!! I read the reviews and went up two sizes. Going up 1 size would have been enough. The suit can be adjusted at the wrists and ankles. I thought it would have a garbage bag look and it does not. Resembles the old school nike track suits. Very well worth the price. Very comfortable for extreme cardio, running and even zumba. I've already recommended the suit to my coworkers and family. Well worth the buy!

I was looking for a sauna suit and i considered the prices, the quality and how long it would take to be ship to my house,. and i am so glad i pick this one out than the cheaper one's, I was looking to buy one for my husband that he use to go to the sauna and sweat a lot, but since he cancelled his membership we decided to buy one, and this suana suit have exceeded my expectation, my hubby sweat like a pig, for an hour he was walking in our treadmill his sweats are dripping down and as him an i pulling this clothing out of him there was tons of water coming out, the next day it was still wet, i have learn my lesson its best to hang it dry than leaving it dump,.. Lol it was funny,.. The suit is not totally perfect because my hubby is not that tall for the length of the pants his 5'5" tall and is 170lbs the tops fits well, the pants is just baggy and hanging on him that he has to fold the waistline so were thinking of buying a suspenders to hold it,.. Other than that it works well, the material don't just easily breaks it is durable and reliable, it's makes sounds as my hubby walks but so is his footsteps so it is a washout,.. It don't bother him, he absolutely said his comfortable wearing it, and he loves this sauna suit, Definitely recommend this product to all, Best quality i would rather you buy this than the cheap ones,..

Customer recommendation use duct tape once you get these before you use them use duct tape and tape the inside of the seams and you'll have no problems it's a good extra step and hopefully it'll help them last for a long time

100% we use a Duck 1.88-Inch Outdoor/Exterior Duct tape and taped all the seams on the inside kids love it and we have no issues at all they work great with the added protection really helps out. Make them kid proof In a way.

Don't use cheap duck tape.
