got it last night, used it today and all I can say is my wife is soooooo happy that I used it, she was thinking about replacing the floor, until I got through with and said it look like t was a new floor. love it !!!!
Do not see any warranty on the product.

I purchased this item while recovering from shoulder surgery, and was able to operate it one handed, so I am sure the next time will be even better. It is easy to operate and did a great job on lightly soiled tile and grout, much easier than a scrub mop. The only reason for the 4 star rating is that I would have preferred it to have an manual on/off switch versus engaging (pulling handle from a locked position) the handle to turn on/off, it's a bit awkward and the machine jumps as the cleaning surfaces are still rotating. You will need to use additional cleaning product and mop after scrubbing is complete.
