I ordered two of these knowing we had several events coming up. Hosted a couple parties over the holidays. One we served drinks ourselves and used these to premix cocktails which made the process much faster than mixing one at a time. Garnishes on top and there you go. The other party was self serve. The dispensers were easy to use, I have been able to assemble them in many ways (on stands, stacked, etc,) to fit the table or area and I could make them look great with fancy garnishes and decorations under the bases. Got tons of compliments and didn't have any issues with them at all.

If you are unwilling to hand wash or don't have room to store it, you may need to look at something else, but the base stores nicely inside the tank. These are plastic and will react as such if you handle them too aggressively I would imagine, but I just make sure to empty them right away and store extra beverages in another container, wash with soap and water, dry them and store covered with a bag. Have not had any issues at all so far.

I ordered two of these in September of 2018. I have used them intermittently throughout the four years (gatherings, holidays, parties, etc.) I have never had a problem with them. They don't leak, they stack together nicely when needed, they store well/don't take much space, keep drinks cold without watering them down, and wash well. The materials are high quality with exception of the spouts which I would rate as average quality (plastic, ball-jointed), but fit will and don't leak. Overall I would buy these again, and will continue to recommend them to people looking for a solution to beverage dispenser dilemmas.

The dispenser is a very clever design! I love the fruit/cup/ice holders that are built in, and how easy it is to assemble. The lid (with fruit/cup/ice compartments) locks into place for secure serving, but comes off easily if you want to allow more room for sangria in the pitcher ;) ...or tea, lemonade, etc.
The bottom ice storage is also detachable: simply lift the pitcher off of it and it stands fine on its own. The spigot is even set high enough so that it doesn't bump the counter when you set it flat, which is great, but just be warned that when your liquid starts getting low, you'll probably need to tilt it to get the last cup or two out.
Unfortunately, my order was not shipped with any chalk, but the hanging tag is really cute and I'm sure it would work great if we had any chalk in our office. The spigot came with easy-to-follow instructions, but the set was missing one of the parts that helps seal it. I attached it with all the equipment that was provided and tested it out for leakage with water last night. It still drips a little at the base, but I think it will work okay for short periods of time. Fingers crossed!
Overall a really great item, huge capacity (we made sangria with a TON of fruit and four bottles of wine), efficient design, and quick to assemble. Had we received all the parts that were needed/advertised, I would have easily bumped it up to five stars!

Ice compartments - So many reviews mentioned an ice-holding compartment inside the stand. This ice compartment isn't listed in the product description, and it does NOT come with one. Regardless, it's a still a great dispenser for casual parties. There *is* an ice cone in the center which holds ice to keep the beverage cold without diluting it.

Hang Tag - I printed out a piece of paper with white lettering and black background and taped it to the hang tag since I had no chalk. Worked great!

Capacity - There is 1.5 gallons of lemonade in the dispenser in my picture. A little more would have fit.

Leaking - I didn't experience any leaking from the spigot. Kids even figured out how to tip the entire dispenser forward to get the last drops once the lemonade fell below the spigot line.

Storage - It fits back into the brown box in which it was shipped, with the spigot attached and the stand back inside the dispenser. There was no inner box, but it did have standard plastic bag protection.

I got 2 of these and I love them! They are great for parties!
