Exellent !
Super Fast, Lite weight

Quietest crossbow I have ever shot. Super Fast, Lite weight. I have shot crossbow that cost 3 time as much or more, and this one is as good as any of them. Only time will tell how it holds up.
Only down side is the included scope, hard to see yardage crosshairs. Take the money you save on bow and buy a better scope, You will have a great shooter then!

Weight is comfortable and very well balanced

I've owned name brand crossbows in the past. Looking to get back into the sport, I decided to try the Tormentor. My old bow was only in the ballpark of about 250 fps and 150 lb pull. I was highly impressed when I started dialing the scope in. I'm using just the top cross hair out to 35 yards. At 50 yards, I have to split the distance to the 2nd cross hair. Trigger pull is smooth. Weight is comfortable and very well balanced. Exceptional price for this combo.
Cons: the bow is compact and I'm a bigger man. The compact stock with a longer scope positions me such that the eye relief isn't where I like it. The scope is moved as far forward as possible. I'll probably change it out. After just a few shots, 1 of the inserts pulled out of the arrow. It looks like it had almost no glue on it at all.
Overall I'm very pleased. Looking forward to getting out this weekend with it.

A good first crossbow

This crossbow has some great features but some problems as well.
The Pros:
Good price.
Comes with everything you need to get started and practice.
Easy assembly.
Adjustable fore grip with finger guards.
Easy to use.
Automatically setting safety.
The Cons:
Weighs 9 pounds, heavier than indicated.
Short distance from butt to pictanny rail.
Arrows are good for practice only.
Some flaws in the camo.
Overall: a good first crossbow. It is quite powerful, it will shoot clear through a foam "block" target. For serious hunting use you will want to get better arrows. The scope is adequate but not great. The furthest point that I could mount the scope is still too close to the butt for me. Scope was very low at mounting; 14 inches low at 10 yards. I have mounted several scopes on rifles and never seen one that far off. It is too heavy for a stalk hunt but should be fine on a stand. Once sighted properly it is quite fun even in the back yard.
