Nice big crystals

I love birch xylitol in general and find my guts accept it very well.
In this brand in particular, I really appreciate how big the granules/crystals are.

Excellent sugar substitute

I love this Xylitol! It's made from birch instead of corn which is perfect when you need to avoid corn. It sweetens great both in drinks such as tea and coffee as well as in recipes. I made sugar free bran muffins and my family (who can be brutally honest) and friends loved them. It says it's a 1:1 substitute for sugar but I use less and things are sweet enough. Some people supposedly have diarrhea from using this but that has not been a problem for my family or I.

I bought this brand because it is made from britches and comes in glandular form like real beet and cane sugar. I don't like the powdered form. The taste and usages are great.a bit higher than that made from corn but u get what u pay for

Good stuff. I blend it with melted coconut oil, organic cacao, and cinnamon. Add a spoonful of this mixture to my coffee every morning. Good tasting and good for me too.
I like it.

I tested Xylitol in my morning coffee against a same amount of Kirkland's organic granulated cane sugar. The coffee with Xylitol is just a little less sweet than Kirkland sugar. This is okay with me. What I like about Xylitol is that, unlike Stevia, it does not have an aftertaste. This IS important to me.
