I love this Xylitol! It's made from birch instead of corn which is perfect when you need to avoid corn. It sweetens great both in drinks such as tea and coffee as well as in recipes. I made sugar free bran muffins and my family (who can be brutally honest) and friends loved them. It says it's a 1:1 substitute for sugar but I use less and things are sweet enough. Some people supposedly have diarrhea from using this but that has not been a problem for my family or I.

This is a very good product. This is my first time using this brand, but will re-purchase as it is so far of the best quality I've used to date. Other products have been of a too fine texture and prone to clumping. This looks, feels, tastes and performs closes to real sugar that I have found. This product is excellent. I cannot tell the difference in taste between Xylitol and regular sugar. I actually can use less of Xylitol than sugar in my coffee. And it is so much better for you.
