I love these pans! So easy to clean. They are truely nonstick!

I have been buying from Amazon since the beginning, and this is my first review. I hope that conveys my enthusiasm.

I would make dutch babies and other earthly delights on traditional bakeware. One of the self-limiting factors of these endeavors was the more-than-likely annoyance and shame associated with part of my recipe adhering to the pan. In addition, scraping stuck pastry from a pan is the dessert equivalent of a hangover.

In other words, these annoyances would need to be forgotten before I could successfully bake again.

Enter Circulon. I decided to do as the manufacturer suggests, and I prepared a dutch baby without the irritating-but-necessary greasing-the-pan-while-piping-hot step. Instead, I was able to just add the batter directly and then I put the pan back into the oven. Twenty minutes later, upon removing the finished dutch baby from the oven, I was able to simply lift the perfectly-formed treat out of the pan. A single non-adhering crumb was left behind.

If you've ever baked anything and had problems with material sticking to a pan, I can't recommend this enough. I will now be baking far too often, and will probably start suffering from some sort of metabolic disease. Pray for me.

I just got this. It's a very nice set. I hope they bake good. They're standard sized pans, but The pans don't look as big in your hands as they do on the website. They put 2 cookie sheets in the box as described. But they don't look that big. You'll need both of them for heavy duty baking needs.
There were 2 cake pans as described. They look like they can hold a pie as well as a cake. The cooling rack was in there. It was a lot smaller than I thought. But it fit in the cookie pan just fine. The smaller square cake pan and bread pan is a standard American size. The sheet pan was standard too.

Overall it's a nice set, and I'm looking forward to trying them out. I hope they bake good food And the non stick works ok. That's the main thing. I'll update this after I use the items.

Update: 11 September 2017- I just used the cupcake pan. And everything turned out marvelous. I did use cooking spray in the pan for the biscuits I made. And they just slid out. It was perfect! I also baked some cupcakes and spilled a little batter in various places on the pan, but it wasn't burned or anything after baking. Clean up was fast and easy as well. Everything came clean really fast. Very nice! I'll update this when I use some more items. Highly recommend!

Update: 15 September 2017- I've used a few of the items so far. They're really nice and truly non stick! Clean up was a breeze! I had baked on food and it came right off no problem. No hard scrubbing or anything. It just brushed right off into the garbage. Highly recommend! And as you can see from the photos the one cookie pan fit 6 mini pie pans that are 5 inches a piece in size.

I like this 10 piece set over the 5 piece set. This is more complete and you don't have to add more stuff to it if you don't really want to. I got a couple of extra pans that this set didn't have. But I didn't have to buy a lot extra.

Update: 23 September 2017- I used the cupcake pan and the square cake pan again. The square cake pan is my go to pan for just about everything. I was able to get 2 large Belgian waffles on it and I cooked some egg rolls on the baking pan. I didn't use any spray on the egg roll pan. And as you can see from the photo I could have put more egg rolls. I did an experiment with the cupcake pan. I wanted to see how good the non stick really was. But I did spray the pan with bakers joy also to make sure they came out just in case. I didn't use cupcake liners this time. I went straight into the pan with the batter. The cupcakes slid right out and clean up on everything was a breeze! Highly recommend this set.
