These are GREAT! I've had them since 2018 and they are still shiny. Of course you can see the wear and tear from sharp objects, but the shininess is still there. They haven't turned brown like other baking sheets I've purchased. These are great and I would highly recommend them. I use parchment paper or silicone baking sheets on them. For crispy brussel sprouts, let these heat in the oven for 10 minutes before adding the brussel sprouts. Trust me.

I am super glad I ordered these. I spent 16$ on a set of two stainless steel pans so the price was incredible. you shouldn't be using anything other than stainless steel or cast iron to bake your cookies on... teflon and other chemical ridden pans leech into your foods and are super harmful to you, stick with these!
