2003 Mazda 6 . It made it possible to have an auxiliary cord which is a a need for any music listener and this does the job. Simple and easy install if you know what you're doing.

Took 10 minutes to install. Was able to hide the yellow device. For my 2004 Mazda3 I had to press CD button twice to make this work.

Works fine. Added a USB Bluetooth audio receiver (USB output, not 3.5mm aux output), this lets you change songs on your phone with your steering wheel. Installed on a 2004 Mazda 3 (tape/md button)

Super easy install. Plug and play. Our 2007 mazda 6 has a 6 disk cd changer and I didn't have to disconnect that; there was an additional plug in back of radio. My only gripe is the usb control stuff doesn't seem to work with my android. But the aux works great. There's a handy video on YouTube to help with install if you need it.
