I am amending my rating because the seller was very responsive and made the situation right. This seller is very concerned about the customer being happy so I applaud him/her for that. That's what I call customer service. So I do recommend this seller, just make absolutely sure that your vehicle is compatible.
I ordered this for my 2013 Mercedes C250 which was listed as a compatible vehicle. However, once I received the item and plugged it in, the car stereo says nothing connected. I mean if the audio plug is plugged into the audio jack of my phone or MP3 player, it should recognize sound coming in. I don't know if the issue is with the cable itself or with my car stereo, but either way, this is not compatible with this model of car.

I got this cable for 2010 E500, and it seems to work fine, Plugs to media port. i paired with Bluetooth module i bought from Ebay before, and both provide Bluetooth music streaming and hands free. Nice and cheap solution (under $50 NZD) which works same as MB BT unit they offered for $1000NZD
