This towel dispenser is fantastic. It has multiple settings that allow you to customize the sensitivity and the towel length. The unit itself is nice looking without drawing a lot of attention to itself. I have owned this unit for about 1 year and have not had to change the batteries yet. It is not in an extremely high traffic bathroom but it gets used daily by employees and customers. I would highly recommend this dispenser. I would also suggest buying the 6 pack of towel rolls. It will last you and save you considerable money as opposed to buying the single rolls.

My husband had a heart attack and bypass surgery recently. When he got home from the hospital, one of the first things he wanted was one of these, just like the hospital has. He loves having a generous paper towel handy in the bathroom that he can simply toss into the trash. No need to use a soggy hand towel that needs washing.
He was barely able to get out of bed, so he coached me through installing it in our master bath. It was pretty easy, even for a non-handy person like me! We absolutely love it! I'm thinking of ordering another one for my upstairs bathroom.
