... introduced it to my friends and family and they loved

I introduced it to my friends and family and they loved it
YAY, Non-dairy evaporated milk - finally!!

I was absolutely amazed the first time I stumbled across this product! As a mom with a child with milk allergies, it becomes hard to find quick replacements for old recipes that now need to be altered. I initially found this product while visiting up in NY state (love Wegmans)! This is generally when I find a lot of new products we can use, then I come back to the mountains and have to try to locate a place that sells them here. No go on this product - until I found it on amazon!! Problem solved and old recipes can be made new a lot quicker now. This product is amazing and I use it just like I would with regular evaporated milk! Glad somebody did this. Cant wait to try the sweetened condensed version too!!

Much more practical than purchasing grocery store milk in the carton.
Hooray for dairy free evaporated milk!

Curdling milk look
C&B•June 29, 2016
Came very fast, which is a plus.
However I was surprised, how thin it is. Lot thinner than regular coconut milk.
The biggest issue was the curdling. Doesn't look good in the coffee.... is it the guar gum? Whatever it is, it shouldn't be there.
