Received ontime. Missing part contacted Rob @ customer service sent part next day! Mounting kit doesn't work on front rack of honda rubicon, drilled 2 new holes & bolted directly to frame. Really solid! Love this product!

Didn't have much ice this year, so didn't get to use this mount as much as I would have liked.
Installation was pretty easy and didn't require any special tools. My one wish for this product is that it included a wider base. Once I installed it on the rack of my Honda, the bracket was very tippy. I had to rig up a couple of shims, as I was afraid it would wobble and snap the bolts with use.
That being said, this thing is a huge improvement over tying the auger down with ratchet straps. Definitely worth getting.
