NOT ALL PARTS INCLUDED!

Actually haven't been able to install it yet as I don't have all necessary parts! If your toilet has a rigid water supply hose (from tank to wall) you will need to purchase a flexible one. This was not mentioned on the description or in the video I watched pre-purchase, in fact it said all you will need is a wrench and screwdriver - all other parts included. Once it arrived, the instructions pointed out that this could be a problem and said I could order one from their website - NOPE! So now I get to try and buy one from a hardware store and hope its the right kind/size. VERY annoying!

Watch out when you try a test run after install though. This thing is made to operate when seated. I got a blast right in my chest during testing! My wife fell off her chair laughing when I tried to explain why my shirt was wet.

Too easy to install--15 minutes max. I used the new toilet seat bumpers to level out the seat. Pro tip: for warm wash,dial in "warm", but then first use the "clean nozzles" button to bring the warm water up to the bidet before you use the button for rear or front--instant warm. So far, so great.
Nervous about the install?

I was so nervous about installing the bidet that I waited a month to even open the box. I don't know why. I installed the for cold water only and install from beginning to end was about 15 minutes and I've never even turned the water off on the toilet before. I'm not savvy about these types of fixes. This was so simple I actually regret and am a little embarrassed about waiting a month to install. The hot water install looks even simpler, so that's my next thing to do. Hey, enjoy yours, cause this is well worth the money!!
This is an excellent item, would highly recommend to every household.

I took some time before write review. We decided to have this bidet and try how it is work before writing review. Absolutely love it. It even beat my expectation. I would highly recommend this bidet to every household. My wife loves it as well.
