Excellent and Expensive

Excellent Wet Grinder. No complaints. I reduced one star only because i felt price could be lower. I bought it because I could not find any other wet grinder with similar size.
Initially it was good and lately it is taking more than 6 hours

Not good for dough making. It has adopter attached to drum which breaks every 2-3 months and you have to purchase/replace entire drum to make it useful.

I bought the 2.5 liter and it arrived in time. The issue I have is, with the stone, it doesnt start rolling on its own but makes only a sound. I have to nudge it little hard for it to get it going. havent seen anything like this before. Without stone, it start rotaing the drum immediately. I still have a 1.25 liter PVG Excel grinder that runs without any push. Thinking of returning this unit. I tried changing the outlets but same results.
Totally Dissatisfied with the grinder

The grinder is taking 6 hours to grind 4 cups of rice and 2 cups of white lentils. Still ends up with lot of half ground rice / lentils. Anybody knows the way to get this sorted out through Amazon. Unfortunately, I had assumed that this is the time the grinder will take until today when I got feedback from my neighbor to whom it takes only about an hour or lesser.
