The neoflam pans are the best I've ever used and I've been cooking for 65 years. They are heavy enough to use like cast iron but weigh much, much less. My mother in law gave me cast aluminum pans in 1966 and I still have two of them. (Used one for popcorn and finally gave it up because it looked pretty nasty.) Neoflam is not only cast aluminum, but is also ceramic coated so cleaning is super easy. Depending on what you've cooked, most of them rinse clean under hot water with a little dish soap. If I could afford it, I'd give a set of this stuff to everybody I love.

BEST pan I had ever! Heats fast. Reduce lots of oil when cook. Never stick the food even without oil or water. Very easy to clean. It doesn't come with a lid and Neoflam seems not to have a matched one.
