This is a very nice product. I find that, taking one a day, my nails have grown much stronger and my hair has grown more voluminous. I usually experience split ends around the length my hair is now, but it still appears quite healthy. I have a lot of very fine hair and usually lose a lot of it, especially when washing it, but I have experienced a lot less hair loss while taking this supplement.
I was shocked to see that my thin eyebrows grew thicker and darker, and more shocked to find that my eyelashes grew crazy long. I have always had short eyelashes and thin eyebrows"”now people ask me if I'm wearing makeup! Nope, just this supplement.
I like the size of the capsules. I also like that there is no strong taste. Though the bottle recommends taking them with a meal, I find I am able to take them with an empty stomach, possibly because of their capsule form. I like that they are 2500 mcg pills, not 5000 mcg, since I can lower the dosage appropriately to my body weight. I would recommend this to those who find that their hair is thin and their nails are flaky. It's really changed things more than I thought it would.

I have been taking this product for just over two weeks and I have already noticed a difference in the growth rate of my nails and hair. My nails feel a bit stronger and my hair is coming in faster! I had a rather Traumatic experience a few years ago where my hair was pulled out from my head and left some scarring. I have had difficulty getting it to grow back fully, but this product is already doing better than some others in helping to grow back my hair stronger and fuller, as evident by the thicker growth at the roots. I will continue to use this product because it really does work!

This stuff is amazing! Only been taking for about 3 weeks now and my hair is about an inch longer. Haven't noticed much difference in my nails yet, but has helped clear up my skin a little also. Will definitely buy again! Also comes with a coupon for a free second bottle which is GREAT

I just past the the one month mark in taking this supplement. I haven't seen new hair growth yet, however I will have my hairdresser check for me during my upcoming appointment. The real change in my hair is that it is shinier, smoother, and feels sleek. No change in the nails yet.
