Great, LOUD sound!

I had one of these whistles and loved it, but my wife took it to use to correct the dogs when they disobey (It works! They hate the shrill sound.)
I missed mine, so I ordered a pair. They came with lanyards, which was perfect. My wife could wear one, rather than dig through her fanny pack. And now I have one for me again.
More importantly, the whistle can (and should) be used as a protective device for ladies. It is very loud, very shrill, and can be heard for quite a distance.
Recommend? Darn right!

I am a PE teacher and need a loud whistle that will reach across a big field. While the plastic whistles are louder, the shrill sound they offer hurts people's ears. This whistle is loud and not ear shattering. The perfect choice

My daughter coaches basketball, and keeps loosing her whistle! This has become a serious problem for this extremely busy mom, and I thought I would start supplying replacements. She was very grateful, and swore she wouldn't loose these (I'll believe that when it happens). I plan to just keep ordering these whistles from Karma Gear/Amazon for the rest of her coaching career.
