Product works as advertised and the included T8 torx driver is very nice to get out the tamper resistant torx bits on the PS4. When I contacted Nextec with a question related more to my console than the drive itself I still got a prompt reply offering help and suggestions. This drive arrived a day sooner than expected which was a plus as well. Would buy from Nextec again.

Fixed my PS4! Couldn't be more happier! Swapping the drive required a lit bit of precision but youtube helped a lot and the process went flawlessly! And about the product, it just works like a charm!!
