What can I say? They function and seal just a well as the more expensive Food-Saver brand. I also like the simple packaging better than the cardboard box the "other" brand comes in. Takes up less space. Bottom line: Buy these, save your money!

I just used this brand for the first time to freeze some sliced salami and some sliced roast beef. The bags were easy to fill, were not thin and flimsy, sealed without any problems and posed no problem when labeling them with a marker. I will purchase these again when I need more.

Coupled with my much easier to use Weston Vacuum sealer, these ready-made bags, (in all of their various sizes) make preserving the produce from the garden a cinch, and so very much easier than using the bag material that comes in a roll.

So far so good! I like the weight of these bags and the texture is nice, too. I'm using an inexpensive ziplock brand vacuum sealer. We cook a ton of food using the sous vide method. $0.30/bag is very economical for our use.
