I have a Nija coffee maker not a pod coffee maker and have tried other means to descale my coffee machine as the light blinks and makes me worry. But Other means did not work well or I had to apply the method 2-3 times.. I used your descaler the minute it arrived and Voila! light off and coffee tastes great!!

I followed the directions exactly and ran through the process a second time because the first time it did not accomplish what it was supposed to do. I have a Nespresso Delonghi machine and the orange light stayed on, meaning the descaling process did not work. I then ordered Nespresso's descaling kit and once it arrived I used it to descale the machine. It was easier to use and the orange light went off once the process was complete. Maybe this works for other machines, but based upon my experience it was a waste of money and you are better off ordering the descaling kit directly from Nespresso.

I had no idea I needed to descale my brewer until I saw the error message on the machine. I decided to go with this solution. There are very clear instructions on the bottle. The only thing is that it takes quite a bit of time for the bigger brewers (have to brew 3 full reservoirs 10 oz at a time).

This product does not work as advertised. In the past I've used plain old vinegar and this is no different. I bought this hoping for different results but that didn't happen.
