A fitting resting place for our beloved cats

I was unhappy with the simple plastic urns I had received from our vet's cremation service, so I was looking for something a little nicer. These urns are well made, and have a nice finish that looks at home up on our shelf. One feature I really like is that the picture slides into a separate slot so that you don't have to open the part with the cremains to change the picture.
The one drawback is that the picture holder isn't quite a standard size, so you will have to trim down your photo, but otherwise it is an excellent value.

This Urn was perfect for my 24 lb Cavalier King Charles. It has allowed my son to grieve and still feel our dog is with us because of the photo part. Would definitely order this again and would suggest it for anyone who wants to keep their loved pet with them.

It is a lovely box, with space enough for the ashes of my beloved 12 pound poodle and a few mementos. The photo frame will hold more than one photo and they are easy to change. The opening is about 2x4 inches. I would have given this a 5 star rating except for a few blemishes in the wood staining.

Works great, looks great, a great way to save a ton of money. There us a small set screw int he back to secure the door of the box that hold the ashes which is nice to know it will never just pop out and break. This was used to hold about 1/3 or 1/4th portion of ashes of a large adult man and there was still some room left over. It is a pretty good size but will not hold all the remains of a person.

I was completely dismayed when the cremains to my faithful Pug arrived back to me in a little tin can. I immediately looked for something more appropriate online. After looking at a few sites, I looked on Amazon, and found this dignified wooden box with a place for a picture. It really looks like a photo frame when viewed straight on. A snapshot photo of my dog fit right into the slot provided and I was able to put her cremains in the box without removing them from the tin they came in from the crematorium. I would recommend this urn.
