I have recently started Master's training after many years away from the pool. I have a set of these paddles in large, but I felt like the large size allowed me to overpower my stroke. The medium still gives good training effect, but feels more like my regular stroke. I think the medium also reduces the strain and chance of injury on my shoulders.
