This vest is exactly what I needed to increase the intensity of walking my neighborhood. It's very easy to use, and so far, after a few months of lots of use, it is holding up to my aggression!! I like the cell phone pouch in the front, and the sandbags are easy to add or take out for weight variations. Zero complaints!!!

This product fits comfortably well, allows good range of motion, and doesn't have a weight imbalance.
I mostly use it to walk on a treadmill/incline as well as increased resistance for my pull ups/pushups/dumbell lunges.
I would advise to start off at no more than 10% of your body weight(for men) when considering which one to purchase. This was cost effective, and provides the necessary difficulty for a great workout and achieving your aesthetic goals.

I bought the 20 lbs version, and I walk in it for 2 hours most days. It's fine for that, I haven't had any problems. The shoulder pads don't do much, but I don't have a lot of weight. I will say that if you're planning to wear it for long periods of time like I do, go lighter than you think you can handle: the weak link will be your neck and shoulder muscles until you get used to it. But people are going to look at you funny. Several people have asked me why I was wearing body armor. You can't hide it under a hoodie, either, it's too bulky. Anyway I'm satisfied but if you don't want the odd looks it might be better to get a black one somewhere else.
Good overall, but rough on the shoulders.

This is definitely rough on the shoulders, the shoulder pad add-ons don't do much either, but it comes with weight and is adjustable. It has been well used by me despite the shoulder straps. If comfort is really important, I would maybe look at a different brand, but if you don't mind too much, then this is a good product.
