My daughter wears a size 12/14. The kimono does not even overlap and the belt doesn't close. Actual bust measurements was 100cm not 120cm. I will have to alter this for her senior pictures.

The reviews stating this runs small scared me, but I took a chance and I'm glad I did. You can't tell from the picture but this is like a robe, so you can pull it tight or loosen it up. I am pretty curvy (E cup) and fit just fine.
