This robe is beautiful but is way too small. There are no internal ties and the included belt is fastened with velcro. I'm 5'10" so I knew I was taking a chance with the length of it. Since the only way to fasten it was the velcro closure the belt was actually around my ribs and I wasn't able to breath properly. Probably a good option for a child or an "average" to small woman.
