Decent, solid futon frame.

This is a decent, solid futon frame and the folding tray arms can support a small lamp and any books or coffee mugs placed on them, which is great in a small room. Assembly was pretty painless, although it's helpful to have two people. One of the side arm pieces & tray table came loose right away due to a manufacturing flaw (no glue?), but a replacement was sent immediately, no questions asked. Great customer service.

Honestly never thought the phrase, "boy this is a nice futon" would ever come out of my mouth. We bought a nice futon mattress awhile ago and the Walmart brand frame we had just wasn't good enough to hold it. This frame, however, is more than sturdy enough and still reasonably comfortable to sleep on.

I love this futon. It's sturdy of looks to last a long time unlike the ones you buy at the box stores. I had three issues:1: I received a shipping notification and received a package quickly. It turned out to be just the arms the main Brody shipped separately and without tracking. It still came fast just confused me thought missing part of package. 2 one of the arms where cracked but as soon as I let them know they sent another quickly. 3: directions where not for my futon model but figured it out.
