Super happy and this goes nicely with my Delta Venetian Bronze fixtures and my Interdesign Brinze shower rod. Note that you really don't see the copper highlights, but it doesn't really matter for the purpose of this. Works really well for tall people, and for little children to take showers. Love the extenders that adjust like this!!!

The unit matches my Moen brushed bronze perfectly. Came with plumber tape. Biggest problem was tightening the arm so it was the right angle to raise shower head up and down because the shower head attachment does not rotate. Had to take out existing washer and insert a thicker beveled rubber washer which allowed me to tighten to my existing pipe at the perfect spot without it leaking. Works great and now I can stand farther away from the wall and raise the shower head for much needed room.
The tightening problem and inability for your shower head to rotate will be an issue for many people so 4 stars.

It works as an extension..... but a little pointless when the pipe side attachment doesn't rotate freely. This means in order for me to tighten the product down to where it doesn't leak at the pipe/ wall side, the entire extension is canted at a 45 degree angle in the shower. Who the heck was responsible for designing this has 0 common sense and better not have an engineering or any college degree. Anyone who has connected one piece of plumbing to another knows you need a rotating collar on one end so you can angle to pipe as needed but still be able to tighten the connection down.

Now that my son has quit trying to adjust the shower head with the arm, it works great! I thought it wasn't that stable because it kept moving and every time I got in the shower I'd have to move it and tighten it which I knew that he was moving, it so that made sense, but it didn't seem to be staying tight. However, now that he has quit moving the arm, it stays in place and stays tight. Works great!
