This is the perfect solution for my bath tub shower. The shower head was to low and it needed to reach out further due to a tile ledge at the end of the tub. This allows me to extend the shower head up and out at the perfect angle. It's nice heavy metal not cheap light weight plastic like so many bathroom accessories these days. I'm am extremely satisfied with this product. I would order it again and definitely recommend it.
Update: May 5, 2021 After a year and a half the shower arm started slipping and drooping. I couldn't tighten it enough with the wing nut/thumb screw. I went out and bought a brass lock washer and it seems to be holding again. Wish me luck...if that doesn't work I'll add a rubber washer.
So far so good.
I still love this product. It's the only thing I could find to work with my tub/shower combination.

UPDATE: Great customer service! After seeing the review, the seller contacted us and gave us a full refund of the purchase price and a replacement shower arm extender. Hopefully the replacement will work better!
