For those of you who have glass bottles with worn-out, funky rusty caps - these are your answer.
Co-ops here in Minneapolis sell Organic Apple Cider in gallon glass-bottles for $9.99. Quite a deal when the bottles alone run about $12 to $15. We use these as water jugs as there are plastic allergies in the family. These 38MM (1.5 inch) lug caps are well made, easy to tighten and loosen. The will fit on any sized bottle with a 38mm lug cap. A bit pricey at .66 each- but they will last for years.
The order came sooner than expected in a professional package.

Specifically bought for glass recycled apple juice jugs. If you have the loop handle 1 gallon glass jugs with lids that twist off in less than 1 turn, these are for you.
Price plus shipping is pretty high, but unless you buy from a direct manufacturer in bulk, it's about the only choice.
