It would be better for one key. Two keys or more and the elasticity does not hold. I have two of them on my keys to hold 3 keys and a very small lockbox key and the elasticity makes it so the armband will not stay on my arm, making it pointless. If I have each key on one band it would work better but who wants to carry around 4 armbands all day at work?

They seem to be very good quality for the price. They have held up far better than more expensive ones I've purchased elsewhere prior to this purchase. I also find that they don't get twisted up/knotted on themselves very easily either.
