Can’t handle much pressure or it breaks apart!!!

Broke first time I used it. My Toyota Prius oil filter housing was on very tight, but this tool could not handle the strain of my arm pressure (on my back under the car). No breaker bar or any sort of hammering device was used, just what my arm (hand on the end of a socket) could put out. Filter didn't budge but see pictures for what happened to this tool! I wanted it to work as the price was so good... they need to revisit the materials used on this item!!!

Discovered I needed a "special" oil filter wrench for my Toyotas when I decided to go the DIY route. This does the trick. Not the fault of the wrench, but because the oil filter cover is plastic, buy a wrench for each Toyota you own. The wrench is still on my Prius. And my son's wrench is on his Prius... stuck firmly to the cap.

I bought this so I could change the oil on my 2008 Toyota Avalon. It broke on the first use because the place that changed my oil last tightened the filter housing way too tight. I ended up breaking 3 other filter tools before buying one from the Snap On truck. This would probably work great if my filter wasn't on so tight.
