I debated and debated with myself whether or not to order these. I have a double need for something like these locks however, like a few have stated, the locks don't work. Not one but both. The instructions were followed correctly and I watched the video as well. The problem isn't with the alignment. either. The website and the brochure has NO information on a cure except to email them. Well I bought on Prime so I can get them quickly to use. I'm disabled and Prime works well for me except when I receive products like this. Instructions don't tell how to re-set. I assume it would b e set to the four zeros and re-do. But I've got two defective locks (green) and they are going back and not at my expense. Very, very disappointed and would/could not recommend unless you want to get aggravated.

I am so happy I purchased this padlock. It's well-designed, great quality, and Desired Tools has wonderful customer service. The padlock comes with easy to follow instructions of how to set your own combination. If reading isn't for you, there's also a video online. After my purchase, I received a kind email from one of the associates checking to make sure the delivery was on time and to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase. I appreciated that personal touch. This is the first item I have ever purchased from Desired Tools, but I will definitely purchase more from the company in the future. Highly recommend.

Shipping was fast. Just a super large shipment bag for something so small was ridiculous on Amazon's part.

Super simple and easy to set up, instructions are very clear and helpful, just twist the lock ring, pushing it down to lock it in setup mode, pick a 4 digit number, then twist it back. That's it!
At first, I didn't think it was very secure because when it came out of packaging, it's already set at 4 zeros, and unlocked, pressing it down and pulling it up was super flimsy. But once set up, it's very sturdy. The rest of the body is sturdy material.
Also, the green color definitely stands out with the rest of my stuff so I know where it is in my gym bag. (All my workout clothes are dark/black)

I love love love this Padlock! I was able to set my own 4 digit combination lock by watching the instructions AND reading the little pamphlet that comes with it. It is VERY easy once you figure it out!
This lock is hard, durable, lasting, sleek, and it looks veryyyyy good. I am very happy with my purchase and I know my valuables are safe whenever I go to the gym.

I ordered this padlock a week back and unfortunately got a defective piece from the lot. When i tried to set my combination the top first wheel was very hard to rotate. So when i tried to lock the shackle using my combination it didnt work.
So i quickly sent an email to desired tools explaining my padlock situation. I got the first response within half and hour from Grace: one of the representative at desired tools. Was asked some quick questions to understand the real problem and discovered that the padlock i got was faulty. She immediately sent me an email informing the shipment of a new padlock which arrived within a week.
The new lock i got works perfectly fine. Finally i can hit the gym now!!!
