I have been looking for an eco-friendly, non-killing type of pest control. I live out in the country in a small second floor apartment. When the weather gets cold, I get mice and I am a humane person so I don't want to kill them. I also know that those cage-traps are not very humane either because the mouse freaks out and cries until you set it free, and there is still a chance it might come back into my home.

This spray has worked for me and has kept the mice away. I had a mouse and I started spraying around behind the refrigerator, the stove, and around the front of my cabinets. No more mouse or mice. I think this spray works well for me because I have a small place and it is on the second floor. It might be less effective if you are on the ground level because mice might just seek shelter even though this stuff is very stinky for them. It smells very nice for people. So it can work for you under the right conditions! I kept spraying every day for about a week, and then I've been spraying once a week after that.

The only downside for me is that this spray is pretty expensive. I still buy it because I'd rather pay to be kind than to spend little money and kill with neck-breaking traps.

This is by far the best mice repellent I have ever used. After moving into a ranch house that has been vacant for 1 1/2 years and spending almost $200 on mouse traps and 'Mice Milk Green Balls' we were not seeing much change. We were going through 3-4 bags of the mice milk a day and all we could see is the balls were disappearing night after night. About 3 days after spraying the Eco Defense, we weren't seeing any mice or droppings, and the mice milk balls were still where we had placed them. When I first saw the Eco Defense, I was sceptical, but at that point willing to try anything, so I ordered 4 bottles and thought I would be ordering more. This was not the case. I placed this order about a month ago, and just finished the 2nd bottle. After "soaking" the house down with this formula and getting rid of the mouse population, we now spend about 15 minutes a week to walk around the house and spray in key areas. I am very impressed that I can use it in the kitchen cupboards and pantry (where the mice had seemed to set up home) were all the food items are placed and not have to worry. When I was first reading about this product, the #1 reason I decided to give it a try and ordered it is because I could put it around the food and it would not hurt or harm our little furball Velvet. I would love to say that I will be placing another order, but I don;t think I will be needing any for quite some time. If you even have 1 mouse in your house, I strongly suggest you order ECO DEFENSE MICE REPELLENT!!! Believe me, it's worth every penny and a million more.

I was fed up with my apartment pest control tactics because every few months I would see a mouse and lose it. This spray came up when looking for ways to keep them from coming in. I made sure I cleaned my place from top to bottom and made sure there weren't any holes in my closets as that was a huge problem when I first started having issues. I sprayed all the corners, closets, and the base boards in my kitchen. I also sprayed my dish rack because I saw droppings. The second night after spraying a mouse was on top of my chair which reminded me of a review about the spray in which the person took a picture of the mouse in the spray stream but its been a month and I spray the same areas every tuesday. I haven't seen any dropping in the dish rack. Also before the spray the mice were pretty fearless just running across the floor while the house was active. Haven't seen any of that. I did leave one closset not sprayed and laced with traps because the spray is obviously not going kill the ones already in. All in all it smells nice and seems to be working.

I kept hearing little scratching noises around the house but could not pinpoint where they were coming from. It sounded like it was inside the walls, then under furniture, and just generally around the house. I was finally able to find proof of the little boogers, I found mouse poo! I didn't want to kill them so I decided to try Eco Defense Mice Repellent-Rodent Gone spray, Eco Defense Mice Repellent Pellets-Rodent Guard, Peppermint Essential oil, and the uHome UltraSonic Pest Control. I was totally grossed out by the mice and wanted them gone yesterday so I decided to hit the little boogers with everything I could find that would not kill them and just make them leave.

It worked!!! Unfortunately, I cannot tell which one of these products did the trick. Most likely it was the combination of all of these that got rid of the mice. It took about a week and all activity stopped. In total, I saw 1 mouse just running back and forth from the bathroom to the living room. I'm thinking it was trying to get away from the noise the ultrasonic pest control was producing...but I caught the little mouse and set him free a good distance from my house.

The only reason I am giving the uHome UltraSonic Pest Control 4 stars instead of 5 is because when all is quiet in the home, you can hear the noise it is making. It is barely audible but still there. You cannot hear it if the house is not library quiet. I was able to get used to it quickly so it is not bothersome but just know that it's there in case this might bother you.

Eco Defense Mice Repellent-Rodent Gone spray, Eco Defense Mice Repellent Pellets-Rodent Guard, Peppermint Essential oil all get 5 stars. They were easy to use and made the house smell kind of woodsy. My family likes the way it makes my house smell. I no longer smell it. Here is what I did with each product:

Peppermint Essential oil - cut up an old towel into little strips and placed them in snack bags. Put about 8 drops of the oil into each bag (made 8 bags) and then punched holes in the bag with a nail. Put the bags everywhere they would be hidden, in the closets, behind big furniture, under beds,etc.

Good luck getting rid of these anxiety producing little boogers!

package arrived in good condition and with a sprayer. I haven't opened the bottle yet to use but it feels full to me, and there were no leakage stains on packaging. I haven't used the product yet so don't know how it will work to repel mice as of this date, I just know I have mice living in my camper until I catch them in traps and have been at war with mice in my camper for a few years now, I have sealed all holes I have found and the mouse count seems to be down each year, the idea of them running on my bed with me while I sleep isn't a comfort so that is why I have this war on mice going on now. I have used mint oil in cotton balls in a glass baby food type jar because oils will eat through a plastic dixie cup (I found out the hard way) but that seems to keep mice out of cupboards I have put those jars in. My goal is to keep them from coming into my camper at all. I hope this product works for that. But I should be coming to the end of my mice issue soon with all the fixes I have done so far. I have trapped 3 mice so far this summer and signs of mice are getting lower, hope this works I'd like a camping season with no mice signs or issues. If this doesn't work I will let you know.
