wish i could give it 3.5 stars. works well and it is exceptionally quiet. much quieter than my previous KA food processor that was replaced after it gave up the ghost. biggest complaint is that there is too much room between the blade and the top cover so lots of food ends up stuck under the lid. Cheese is the worst offender of this so i try to harden it up a bit in the freezer before shredding. it helps. exacta slice is excellent! love it!
