Having the 3 sizes will make my variety fruits salad a breeze and less prep time dicing varied fruit into different sizes. Uniformity will show off the fruits as well.
The kit case keeps everything in its place and has plastic inserts to prevent damage to blades and getting cut while removing attachments from the case.
I would recommend this.

I bought the Sous Chef 16, the dicing conversion kit, and this expansion kit. The dicing really works and makes short work of what used to take me hours (I do a lot of dicing). I do recommend if you are dicing a number of different vegetables at the same size and into the same batch, do the softer foods first followed by the firm ones (e.g., for tabouli, dice the tomatoes then the cucumbers. The firmer foods are easier to finish up with the pushing tool.
