It looks like a good quality axle system if it will fit your bike but it won't fit mine. The description said one of the dimensions was 10.8, I assumed that was the inches for the length of the bolt. But nothing measures over 6 inches in any direction so I'm not sure how they figured that. I returned mine.

Came quickly and worked great! I walk my dog with bike and needed additional stopping power. This is the best fix because it adds 50% wet or dry brakes. Instructions would have been a nice help but i was able to think it thru since there is only one way to assemble.
