I really thought this brace was the answer. I got it on July 27th. I have worn them every day. The first 2 days were very good. They are a big improvement over my last brace with another company. I appreciated the tips on application. The braces however, do not stay in place so they are of little use to me. I scoured the reviews and that along with the style convinced me to try them. I cannot recommend them. Sadly, I will not consider any other products of this nature. I had such hope - pain is terrible to have to live with. This brace held so much promise.

The best knee brace ever! I have a knee brace with hinges, the pull on type and orderd a one size fits all that was too small. This is the only brace I ever owned that stays up and fits! I ordered Xl and got it yesterday and just ordered one for my right leg as well. In the hospital they gave me a knee stabilizer and that was the worst one. It fell as soon as Ì stood up. I can now walk with a cane instead of a walker. I honestly do not get the reviews that say it falls down. Trust me this brace is definitely worth a try but measure your knee first so you get the correct size. Love it💓💞!
Ideal brace for large knees

Finally, a brace that fits! In fact, it's very comfortable! My knee is 20/16.5/18. I like that the middle strap is opposite of the top and bottom straps (unlike most knee braces) so you can secure it in place with no problem, and also that the top and the bottom can adjust independently to fit my leg and give compression where I want it. The straps are totally long enough to fit large knees! The no-slip grips work wonderfully. The only drawback that I can see is that the top strap gets a little pucker in it right at the knee, but the material is soft enough that it doesn't bother me at all. This is bound to happen when your thigh is large, but the brace fits the knee and below it. It's also kind of hot, but expect that from anything made of neoprene. I tried a few other braces before this one, and I like this one best. I definitely recommend it for those who have large knees and can't fit comfortably into the upper limit of "One Size Fits Most".

For the price this brace does what it says it will. For larger knees/legs the fit is good because it is completely adjustable. I have a torn mcl as well as cartilage deterioration and am in need of surgery. I had built up fluid on my knee causing the pain to intensify and due to the amount of swelling I have been unable to wear my $300 Donjoy brace. At the same time, not having the brace I was at the point of barely being able to walk. This brace gives me the support I need to walk comfortably without feeling as if my knee were going to give out. The only issue I have is that the middle strap is hard to secure due to it being shorter and if it doesn't get placed in the exact spot it should be the Velcro will rub on the back of my knee or it will almost pinch the back of the knee a little.
