I suffer vertigo symptoms as a precursor to a migraine along with benign positional vertigo on occasion to boot. The Meclizine chewable tablets have the red 40 in them (a known migraine trigger) so I was hoping this formula would work. I was able to take them to stop vertigo symptoms however, the tablets only seemed to work if I chewed 2 of them at the onset of a mild vertigo attack. Unfortunately, the taste is pretty awful when I have to chew them. On the upside, they do stop the vertigo symptoms which in turn prevents a massive migraine episode.
